Holistic Home Zone
Services

Four ways to
work with Kit.

Two in-person surfaces (mold, EMF), one comprehensive assessment that runs alongside (Building Biology), and a virtual door for anyone outside Florida and Georgia.

The four services

Pick what fits.

Two in-person inspections, one bundled assessment, and a virtual door.

Most clients book the mold inspection. Building Biology runs alongside it because the tools and source questions overlap. EMF assessment is the other in-person service, and the virtual consult handles anyone outside Florida or Georgia.

Two assessments run in parallel.

Mold and air quality share tools (moisture, VOC, combustion gas detection) and share source questions. Booking them together saves time on site and gives you a more integrated report.

Services at a glance

Flat-rate fees, bundles save.

Quoted up front. Lab fees itemized so you see exactly what you're paying for.

  • Mold or EMF Inspections · Pricing depends on the size and complexity of the construction of the home.  The inspection price you are quoted won’t change when Kit gets there, no surprises.
  • Building Biology assessment · Bundle pricing for a full Air Quality, Mold, EMF, Water, and Light assessment.
  • Virtual Consult · $195 for 40 minutes. Get answers when you need them.
  • Post-remediation verification · Reduced from the original inspection. Skipping this step costs more in the long run, make sure your remediation was successful.
  • Lab fees · All sampling is done at cost, so you can have confidence in the suggested plan.  Samples are collected only when findings warrant.
