Kit was absolutely AWESOME! He is very thorough and knowledgeable! He took his time with every little detail, explaining what he was doing and what he found. He was also very willing to answer questions. We were extremely impressed with every aspect of his inspection. His final report was received in a timely manner. If you are looking for someone who specializes in mold, EMF, dirty electricity and more he’s your guy. Very honest and reliable with a great “houseside” manner. I moved into a new rental and started getting sick, so I was panicking.  Kit came out and looked all over the house until he found it, and provided a clear report for me to give to my landlord so I could get it fixed.  He spent time explaining the problem and gave me a clear path out.

I was having trouble sleeping and read that EMFs can be a problem so I called Kit to come out since he has actual training to help find these kinds of issues.  He helped me figure out where to move my bed so that the readings would be lower, it really helped!

I have had Kit & Deb  help several of my health coaching clients that are experiencing mold illness and CIRS.  They are always quick to respond and take the time to explain things, puttimg my clients at ease.  They also always take the time to help me understand how to support my clients through the remediation process.

I have been sick from CIRS for a while and had a bunch of different mold inspectors out they couldn’t find the problem.  I called Kit as a last ditch effort I thought I was going to have to sell my house.  He spent 4 hours in my house and finally found the problem everyone else said was not there.

My house got remediated for mold in 2022 but my wife was still sick so her doctor suggested a Building Biologist to figure out what was happening.  Kit came out and found the mold  that was still there and helped with a remediation plan to make sure to correct the problems that were letting the water come into the house so this won’t happen again.   He spent a long time looking and then explained what was happening in my house so my wife feels ok with the plan.  I would reccomend Kit the whole process was 10/10.

Cell towers are showing up all over my town and it had me really worried so I tried to figure out what I could do to keep my family safe from EMF.  There was a lot of conflicting info online and I got overwhelmed so I called Kit to come out and check my house.  He found the cell towers were not the biggest issue, there was a wiring problem in one of my kids bedrooms.  Once the electrician came and fixed it my kids got calmer and said the room was quiet now no more buzzing.

I was worried about mold and emfs, I saw on social media that it can make mold worse so I was happy to find Kit since he can check for both.  He really knows what he is talking about and spent time helping my husband understand why I was worried and feeling sick all the time since we moved in this condo.  Kit gave us a plan and tips to help and we both feel better about things now.

My child was so sick all the time and my doctor said I needed to get my house checked for mold.  We had already done a crawlspace remediation but Kit found it failed and there was also a mold problem in the kitchen the last guy missed, that was why my son had so many problems.  I had to wait a couple of weeks for Kitto be available but it was worth the wait, I am confident he found our problem and highly recommend him to anyone who needs help.

I can’t believe he was here for 4 hours, he really looked everywhere in my house and showed me some things to do outside so things would stay dry.

Mold in a home can cause severe illness for me. I appreciate that there is someone who has the training and experience to help.
